In order to work within the guest operating system and perform operations, you need to first access your virtual machine through our web console.
NOTE: The virtual machine must be turned on otherwise you will not be able to access it.
To access a virtual machine console:
- Log in to Cloudpath.
- Click on the My Cloud tab.
- In the left pane, locate the My Cloud section.
- Click VMs.
- Select a virtual machine, and then right-click your selection.
- Click Popout Console.
'NOTE': If you close or refresh a virtual machine console all connected client devices will be disconnected.
