Creating a Workspace that connects to a mailbox

To create a new workspace that connects to a mailbox:


  1. Place your cursor over the Workspace tab.
  2. Click Add workspace...

  1. From the Create your own workspace pop-up window, select a the Mailbox template.





  1. In the Label field, enter a name for the workspace.
  2. In the Host field, enter the mailbox hostname.
  3. In the Port field, enter the IP address of the mailbox port.
  4. In the SSL field, enter the SSL security key of the mailbox.
  5. In the User field, enter the mailbox username.
  6. In the Password field, enter the mailbox password.
  7. In the Default Mailbox field, enter the mailbox to connect to by default.
  8. From the Default Rights dropdown list, select the default read and write access rights for the user.
  9. In the Description field, enter a description for the workspace.
  10. Click the checkmark.
