Administrators can access media files from public catalogs and copy them to your organization catalog.
To access a media file from a public catalog:
- Log in as an administrator.
- Click on the Catalogs tab.
- Click Public Catalogs.
- Click the Media & Other tab.
- Select a media file.
- Right-click your selection, and then click Copy to Catalog...
The media file will be added to your organization catalog.
