To change your spam reporting preferences:


  1. Log in to EasyMail.
  2. Place your cursor over the settings icon.
  3. Go to Preferences > Mail.

  1. Click Spam Reporting.
  2. From the Spam mailbox dropdown list, select a folder for your spam.
  3. From the What to do with messages after they have been reported as spam? dropdown list, select an action.
  4. From the What to do with messages after they have been reported as innocent? dropdown list, select an action.
  5. If you would like an "Empty Trash"  link to be displayed in the menubar, select the checkbox.
  6. From the Purge Spam mailbox how often dropdown list, specify how often you would like purge your spam.
  7. Click Save.

  1. When you are finished, click Return to Main Screen.
