Users can delete their Outlook inbox items using the Outlook Web App (OWA).
To delete an email:
- Log in to OWA.
- Click Inbox.
- Locate and double-click the email that you would like to delete (Ctrl + click to select multiple emails).
- Right-click your selection and click Delete (Or click the Delete tab).
