1. Select an organization from the list.
2. Click Mail Disclaimer.

Mail Disclaimer page

From the Mail Disclaimer page administrators can add, edit, disable, re-enable, and delete mail disclaimers.

Add a mail disclaimer

1. Click Add Disclaimer.

2. From the Recipient Location dropdown list, select which type of recipients will view the mail disclaimer.
3. In the Enter Disclaimer Text field, enter your mail disclaimer.
4. Select whether you would like to Append or Prepend  the mail disclaimer.
5. From the Fallback Action dropdown list, make a selection.
6. Click Setup Mail Disclaimer Rule.

Edit a mail disclaimer

1. Click Edit.

2. Make your desired changes.
3. Click Edit.

Disable a mail disclaimer

1. Click Disable.

2. When prompted, click OK.

Under the Status column, the mail disclaimer should be "Disabled".

Re-enable a disabled mail disclaimer

1. Click Enable.

2. When prompted, click OK.

Under the Status column, the mail disclaimer should be "Enabled".

Delete a mail disclaimer

1. Click Delete.

2. When prompted, click OK.
