You can use this pane to check the statuses of agent procedures on specific machines.

  1. Log in to MySmartOffice.
  2. Click the Agent Procedures pane.

  1. Go to Manage Procedures > Agent Procedure Status.

  1. Select a machine from the Machine Name list.

The agent procedure statuses for the selected machine will be displayed.
