  1. Log in to MySmartOffice.
  2. Click the Monitor pane.

  1. Go to Agent Monitoring > Alerts.

  1. Select Agent Status from the Select Alert Function dropdown list.

  1. Make modifications where necessary.
  2. Click Apply or Clear (whichever is applicable) to confirm your changes.


The agent status for each machine will be displayed.
