Users can share their Outlook calendar using the Outlook Web App (OWA).


To share your calendar:


  1. Log in to OWA.
  2. Click Calendar.

  1. Click Share.
  2. Click Share This Calendar...

When the Sharing Invitation pop-up window appears:


  1. In the To... field, enter the email address of the person you would like to share your calendar with.
  2. In the Subject field, enter a message subject.
  3. Decide what calendar information you would like to share by selecting the applicable checkbox.
  4. If you would like to view your contact's calendar, select the I want to request permission to view the recipient's Calendar folder
  5. (Optional) Type a message.
  6. Click Send.
