MySmartOffice - Installing Kaseya MobileManage on an iPhone

NOTE: Screenshots might differ depending on your iPhone version.


  1. From your iPhone, go to the App store.
  2. Search for and select Kaseya MobileManage.
  3. Click Get to prompt installation.

  1. Click the Install button and allow the app to install.

  1. Open the app.
  2. You will be emailed an activation code for your phone. Check your email and then enter the activation code in the Activation Code field.

  1. Click Activate.
  2. Review the information on the Install Profile screen, and then click Install.

  1. Review the information on the Warning screen, and then click Install.

  1. Click Done.
  2. Review the information in the App Installation window and then click Install.

  1. If you do not have a passcode enabled you will be prompted to add one. Click Continue.

  1. Enter your password, re-enter it when prompted, and then click Save to confirm.

Kaseya MobileManage is now installed.
