MySmartOffice - Retrieve an uploaded file from a managed machine

  1. Log in to MySmartOffice.
  2. Click the Agent Procedures pane.

  1. Go to File Transfer > Get File.

  1. Select a machine group from the Machine Group dropdown list.
  2. If you would like to select a specific machine, select a machine from the Go to dropdown list.

  1. Select one of the hyperlinked managed machines.

  1. Click the file name to access that file.

  1. Open the file when prompted.
