Releasing items from a personal quarantine

To release an item from a user's personal quarantine:

1. Log in to FortiMail.
2. Expand the Monitor pane.
3. Click Quarantine.

4. Locate a user from the list, then double-click their profile name.

If any items are in the user's quarantine they will be displayed here.

5. Select an item from the list.
6. Click Release...
7. Select where you would like to release the item to.
8. Click OK.
