Viewing items in a personal quarantine

Deleting a User Alias > Deleting User Preference records > Viewing items in a personal quarantine

To view an item in a user's personal quarantine:

1. Log in to FortiMail.
2. Expand the Monitor pane.
3. Click Quarantine.

4. Select a user from the list.

If any items are in the user's quarantine they will be displayed here.

5. Locate a user from the list, then double-click their profile name.
6. Click View.
7. To close the item, click Close or click the X in the top right corner.
