Viewing your Hosting Quota Report

Administrators are able to view how their MyExchange resources are being allocated and consumed by accessing the Hosting Quota Report.

To view your Hosting Quota Report choose from one of the following options:

Option 1:

1. Log in to the MyExchange Hosting Controller.
2. Click the Hosting Quota Report icon.

Option 2:

1. Log in to the MyExchange Hosting Controller.
2. Locate the search bar.

3. Search for "Hosting Quota Report".
4. Select Hosting Quota Report from the search results.

Option 3:

1. Log in to the MyExchange Hosting Controller.
2. From the side menu, locate the Reports pane and click the + (expand) icon to expand the pane (if the pane is not already expanded by default).
3. Click the + (expand) icon to expand the Usage Summary pane (if the pane is not already expanded by default).
4. Click Hosting Quota Report.
