To view an item in a user's personal quarantine:
- Log in to FortiMail.
- Expand the Monitor pane.
- Click Quarantine.
- Select a user from the list.
If any items are in the user's quarantine they will be displayed here.
- Locate a user from the list, then double-click their profile name.
- Click View.
- To close the item, click Close or click the X in the top right corner.
