To view an item in a user's personal quarantine:


  1. Log in to FortiMail.
  2. Expand the Monitor pane.
  3. Click Quarantine.

  1. Select a user from the list.


If any items are in the user's quarantine they will be displayed here.

  1. Locate a user from the list, then double-click their profile name.
  2. Click View.
  3. To close the item, click Close or click the X in the top right corner.
