Enabling and disabling Active Sync settings

Administrators are able to enable or disable the Active Sync settings for selected mailboxes.


To enable or disable the Active Sync settings for a specific mailbox:


From the Exchange Enabled Organizations page:

  1. Select an organization from the list.
  2. Click Mailboxes.

  1. From the list of mailboxes, select the mailbox that you would like to edit.
  2. Click Active Sync Settings.

  1. To enable Active Sync, select the Enabled checkbox.
  2. To disable Active Synce, select the Disabled checkbox.
  3. Click Save Settings.
