Users can set their free/busy calendar status preferences.


To change your free/busy preferences:


  1. Log in to EasyMail.
  2. Place your cursor over the settings icon.
  3. Go to Preferences > Calendar.

  1. Click Free/Busy Information.
  2. Select a calendar, task list, or address book from the list. Ctrl + click to select more than one item.
  3. Specify how many days you would like the information to be generated for.
  4. Click Save.

  1. When you are finished, click Return to Main Screen.
